The Christmas season is officially upon us. Jared and I had the opportunity to go to the Kurt Bestor Christmas concert on Monday night (a former Hemmert family tradition that only we have continued to observe). It was great, but the ambiance at UVSC is not quite the same as Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake. We'll take it for the 2 less hours of babysitting, though. The kids have now seen Santa and made their requests and (probably) empty promises of perfect behavior. The tree, decorations and lights are up, so even though we are still in November, Christmas is here! Why does it seem to come earlier every year? Hmmm........

The promise is always good until your brother takes your toy. :) Santa looks so real it is scary! Do you think he is the REAL one??
He IS the real one! The beard was real and everything. He didn't know what transformers were, though. Duh! He better figure that out quickly. :)
